Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for ATP and onboarding and as an HRIS system 100% of the time. My company has switched to Paylocity because it offers better services. However, I know all software isn't perfect, and it seems there are always "glitches." Other than that, I enjoy Paylocity and working with the people behind the scenes.

Pros

  • Having a chat box for quick questions.
  • Recruiting section, easy to use.
  • Being able to store documents in one place.

Cons

  • Employee Action Forms sections (many glitches with this).
  • Though I like the chat box section - most times the employees take a long time to respond back to me.
  • More free trial of Paylocity offerings.
  • Reduced Errors.
  • Easy Payroll Process.
  • Easy to Navigate Site.
Paylocity delivers automation for our business with Payroll and some processes we use on the Paylocity site. It's easy for employers to navigate.
I understand Paylocity is also a business, but it would be nice if Paylocity provided the "survey module" for free to users. We are still looking into Peer Recognition (Impressions). But I like this added feature.

I like how the survey section is now available for all. The reports are okay, but sometimes they don't provide enough information. I think the benefit census report, in particular, could be looked at again. It doesn't seem as organized.
