Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for payroll and benefits management. It is a useful tool for managing employees, but we continue to look for ways to better utilize Paycor products. I am new to human resources, so using Paycor in this capacity (rather than just as an employee) is still new to me.

I am still new to using Paycor in HR, but the product is usable from my experience thus far. It takes time to figure out different parts of Paycor, but the difficulty level is manageable. There are glitches that we have come across, but Paycor support has been helpful in addressing the issues.

For our company needs, Paycor is basically well-suited to achieve our HCM goals. We have experienced glitches during open enrollment with reports and deductions. I am still new to HR, but it seems that Paycor gives us a solid foundation. We just need to look for ways to close the gaps we've experienced and prevent future glitches.
