Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use Paycor for all three organizations and run Time & Attendance and Payroll. The program is user friendly and I am enjoying all the updated features on a monthly basis. This is making it easier instead of calling Customer service directly.

  • The sites is sometime down, room for improvement.
There is cost savings compared to other providers.
Not really, but cost is significant much less.
The wait time calling customer service can be very challenging.
