Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 for prospect and customer webinars. We were struggling to get attendees as well as struggling to keep people's attention during the presentation.

Pros

  • Customized Console
  • Customized Calendar Invites
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Downloading of Videos sometimes zoomed in
  • More Leads
  • Increased attendee attention span
  • More requests for demo straight from the platform
There are some kinks we still need to work out. But in the process of doing so, we have used their support team and have gotten the information we needed to better our efforts.
With both the other platforms, they don't always show up on calendars as well as ON24 does.
