Overall Satisfaction with ON24
It is utilized for meetings. It allows for a customizable experience for all stakeholders. Great platform! It is fairly intuitive and has a simplistic interface. There are many platforms to choose from, but I would say that ON24 is one of my favorites. There is always room for improvement, but ON24 is a 9/10 in my book.
Pros
- Allows for a customizable experience
- Ability to change content almost instantly
- Allows specific privileges for specific parties
- Many ways to connect to presentations (phone, browser, etc.)
Cons
- Sometimes users experience a lag/freeze with content
- ON24 has been a reliable platform, reliability is important.
- The ability to get the pulse of the audience in real-time.
