Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used for hosting webinars. It creates a professional, inviting experience and allows our team to effectively communicate with our prospective buyers. It is used primarily by the sales & marketing teams. We also host others on the platform, and we find they tend to have a good experience logging in and presenting.

Pros

  • Easy screen share/slide share
  • Ability to go back to a certain slide
  • Engaging with the audience through questions/chat etc.

Cons

  • It could make things more interactive - sometimes when I am presenting, I don't feel completely connected to the audience until the end when they can ask questions.
  • Showing the notes on slides more easily.
  • Every webinar we host has a huge return on investment, so making sure we have the best-in-class software is important.
  • We have grown our pipeline thanks to ON24.
No issues with scale. We can host a lot of webinars and host a lot of attendees. I don't see this being an issue ever.

Yes

Hosting webinars, especially with partners who have not used the software before. It is always smooth and easy for them, provided they do not have extremely challenging permissions issues. Otherwise, it is a lot nicer than using something like Zoom and having to actually share your screen in order to get the slides shown.
