Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It's used across the whole organization. All kinds of events are being hosted on ON24 - town halls, kick-off events, conferences, client seminars, etc.

Pros

  • Easy to handle - one minute on the platform and the audience knows how it works.
  • No downloads necessary.
  • All relevant information - widgets - on one surface / screen.
  • Works for all users on all devices.

Cons

  • Breakout rooms / possibilities.
  • Interaction possibilities for informal networking.
  • Performance within the companys IT network - e.g. without HIVE the performance of video and sound might be poor.
  • A word cloud feature would be nice.
  • We keep in touch with our target groups.
  • Events take place still - just virtually.
  • Client relationships are being maintained and improved.
Used in the right way it could cover more or less all needs.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
  • Easy to handle.
  • Works on all devices.
  • No downloads.
  • Large target group can be reached.
