Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used by my department to support all external client webinars, which have been held up to 2x per week. We have had numerous webinars reach capacity and been able to provide critical information and guidance to our clients and contacts, especially during the pandemic. The platform is easy to use and our professionals have had no issues navigating the features.

Pros

  • Easy to set up live events.
  • Quickly provides on-demand recordings.
  • Collects registrant info.
  • Ties into our other platforms.

Cons

  • The portal to set up webinars could be slightly slicker/more intuitive.
  • More templates and customization would be great.
  • Highly engaged clients.
  • Immediate connection to clients.
  • Leveraging on-demand content after the live event.
Initial training required for new users/departments, but overall very easy to scale and grow the use of the platform.
I think ON24 is a sound choice for any organization and would not find it less appropriate for any company needing to host live events to reach their customers or clients.
