Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is our current webinar solution for the entire organization. The platform has great options and allows each presenter to decide how they would like present their webinar (simu-live or live). The platform was easy to use and employees seemed to pick up very quickly.

Pros

  • Ability to do live or simu-live
  • Ability to upload videos already recorded
  • Easy to give 1 url for audience
  • Integrates perfectly into our marketing stack

Cons

  • Staff has complained at times about video quality
  • Staff has complained about needing to install flash
  • With the ability to add widgets to webinars, we have been able to get increased engagement to other assets and demos on our website
ON24 is great for companies who do a variety of webinars. ON24 allows you to do live, simu-live, on-demand very easily. ON24 is best suited for webinars just for viewing as it doesnt allow live audio interactions between attendees and presenter.
