Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by the marketing department only, to my knowledge. We use it for webinars. I also have experience with using it through external sources via a sponsored webinar, for example. It seems to be a widely used tool which is great because the speakers feel more confident using it.

Reliability and Availability

ON24 has been reliable for me so far in my use cases. I have also found that the support from ON24 has been helpful. It would be nice if it were easier to export a webinar file from the platform, though. I have not experienced any unplanned outages or application errors yet.

Alternatives Considered

I was not involved in the process of evaluating other products related to ON24. I believe I've heard of an Adobe product being an alternative, but I do not have any experience with it and there are no plans to switch our platform at this time. So I have no further information to offer.

ON24 is well suited for webinars and it is nice how it can integrate with your marketing platform tool for lead gen. I've found ON24 difficult to use when I've needed to match up presentation slides with audio. I think there could be better training on that as I had a hard time and it made me not want to use it in that way again.
