Marketing uses it for our own webinars offered to customers. It allows for large group webinars, and it's gotten better in recent years.

Reliability and Availability

We had some issues years ago with the reliability of the platform, specifically when running events and your internet connection faltered, it might close the event.

Return on Investment

Being pretty reliable, it's an essential tool on our marketing strategy
Keeps a large amount of leads engaged periodically, preventing drop-off
Reporting allows for a good analysis of engagement levels during the event

Alternatives Considered

GoToWebinar, GlobalMeet Webinar (formerly ReadyTalk) and Zoom Video Webinar

We currently use Zoom for our internal communications, it's very good, but as a webinar solution, I believe it was expensive, and we switched from GoTo because it was very restricting in the amount of people joining on the calls. GoTo was not very reliable either as I remember it, did not have as many features like resource window, social, etc...

Clarizen, Marketo, Litmus, Airtable

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for large webinars, also pre-recorded events, to integrate with Marketo and easy to clone and run events quickly and easy. Not good for casual calls, or internal training sessions.
