We use On24 to run webinars across our entire organization, but it is primarily used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. It addresses the business problem of communicating information to large global audiences and engaging both customers and prospects with ideas and product information.
Pros
- Branding and customizing the viewer-facing On24 console is very simple.
- The process of actually building and executing a webinar with On24 is simple.
- On24 has cool features, like speaker video options, polls, and a wide range of widgets that further enhance the viewer experience.
Cons
- On24 needs to build a much more mobile-friendly interface.
- The On24 UI is a bit dated and should be updated.
- On24 helps us drive down our cost per lead.
- On24 helps us engage prospective and current customers with engaging content.
- On24 helps us scale our customer training and demo programs.
I think ON24 is superior to both Webex and Adobe webinar products because, at its price point, it is very customizable, easy to use, and offers great reporting features.

Yes! This morning we realized we had a slide upload error 15 minutes before the start of our webinar. I reached out to On24 support, and they quickly reformatted the PowerPoint file, uploaded it, and the slides were live exactly 1 minute before we had to go live for our webinar. The support was quick, effective, timely, and saved our webinar!
