Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 was our Webinar Platform, and we used it for the last three years.

Pros

  • In my opinion, their platform has declined and the leadership has taken their eye off the ball. It used to be a good platform and 3 years ago it was ahead of its time, but not anymore

Cons

  • Their tech stack in my opinion has declined. They need some help with ease of use, quality, and usability.
My team mentioned that issues have happened in the past, but I can't point my finger at a date and time so I'm giving it a 5.
  • Positive because we used ON24 to prove the concept over the last three years, and now we have moved to a platform that is less than 1/3 the cost, with better functionality.
Any Meeting is our new platform and its too early to give them a full review, but the cost is roughly $200 per month as opposed to ON24 which was 10x that.
I would say that if they can improve their functionality and their ease of use they may have a chance. Also, it is one of the most expensive options on the market.
