On24 for Customer Marketing
Overall Satisfaction with ON24
[It's being used] Across the whole marketing organization at Avalara. It’s the webinar platform marketing ops decided to purchase for the marketers.
Pros
- Recording is seamless
- The widgets and ability to customize the webinar experience
- Support is fairly responsive
Cons
- Email templates have weird formatting
- Integration with Eloqua has problems (not sure if that’s on On24 or Eloqua)
- Support tablet for screen share is a problem.
- No dial in for the audience is a limitation
- Customer engagement on upsell
On24 feels lighter to use but doesn’t have all the bells and whistles and the brand.
