Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
I have been using NinjaOne for about 4 years now. We appreciate the roadmap for feature and the constant improvements they are working toward. The customer service is solid and we are very happy overall with them as a partner. The up time is great, the options for remote support are varied and the documentation features are handy.

- Mdm isn’t perfect yet (still new)
- AV integrations limited
- Cost is not low
- Our cost per endpoint is reasonable
- We save time with policy management
- Settings can be applied across organizations.
We have used many RMM providers and the UI, cost and experience has all been better with NinjaOne.
Datto wasn’t able to improve anything in the three years that we use them, in fact they were sold to and immediately started trying to sell us the other services they had.
Syncro wasn’t safe from an architecture perspective.

Kaseya is a mess all around.
