Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite provided a platform that allowed us to transition away from managing our business using a myriad of Excel spreadsheets while giving us real-time data that allows us to more actively manage our business operations. By automating many of our once manual processes, we freed up our employees to spend more time focusing on their work output.

  • Field identification isn't always consistent.
  • Our business as grown significantly since our implementation I attribute this to the availability of useful data giving team leads the ability to adjust their parts of the business accordingly to improve profitability.

Once you understand how the system works, usability improves. For the novice user it can be frustrating to understand how to use the system.
Support varies depending on the assigned support personnel. We've been very pleased with some support and disappointed with other support. We recently used ACS to implement a solution for us -- after a month or so of work the team identified that they could not implement what they had initially been contracted to do, resulting in a lot of wasted time for us.
NetSuite is well suited to provide better accessibility of KPIs to our project leads. Before, our data was available but it took too long to find everything and therefore wasn't as useful by the time it was located.
