Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a cross-team project management solution. We use it to manage the operational workflow to communicate, set up, QA, and launch ads campaigns.

Pros

  • Customized notifications
  • Integrations with slack and gmail
  • Customizable data visualization

Cons

  • Support responses have been slow
  • More nuanced integrations with Salesforce
  • The "form" view is clunky
  • easier setup of project management boards
  • more streamlined communication across teams
  • less manual intervention in cross-team processes
The platform is extremely customizable. It isn't a 10 because some of the views (form view) and integrations (gmail, slack) have room for improvement.
I have used Monday.com support only once. I received an email that my question would take ~90 minutes. It's been 4 days and I still haven't seen a resolution.
It generally performs well, but sometimes slowly. Integrations aren't always expeditions or entirely functional.
