Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com keeps me organized. It helps me keep track of literally everything. Not sure how I would do all the things I do in a day without it! You can get as big or as small as you need and it integrates with so many of my other apps and programs. Fabulous program!

Pros

  • We have a ticket system through monday.com that keeps us connected with our clients
  • I can always find the person I’m looking for!
  • I can communicate with other colleagues through monday.com

Cons

  • Would love to see monday.com integrate with my CRM

  • Increased collaboration
My assistant can use it with ease, but it is a bit complicated for me to get all of the features. Maybe a “monday.com for Dummies” class is needed?
They are quick with responses and help given
Everything works as it was designed to. I have never had an issue with something not working as intended.

When I have a client event, my assistant has made a board that allows me to communicate with all the invitees. All I have to do is click and I can send rsvp emails, reminder emails and thank you emails. They are already written and ready to go, I don’t even have to think about it! Fabulous time saver
