Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to plan outgoing marketing content, collaborate with collogues on marketing campaigns, communicate with our website development team to add products to our website, and make sure everyone on our team is on the same page. The business problems the product addresses are keeping lengthy projects organized by being able to assign collogues tasks with specific due dates and status of completion.

Pros

  • Helping keep projects on track and organized
  • Being able to customize homepage for user efficiency
  • Capability to move work from one tab to another

Cons

  • Being able to move items from one board to another with updates
  • If another persons work accidentally gets deleted by a user, being able to easily undo that mistake
  • This does not reflect my role using monday.com
I think its very user friendly, as it offers options to color coordinate, send updates to corresponding documents that one has added, and offers multiple ways to track the progress of projects.
I have never needed the assistance of customer support.
The overall performance of monday.com is great. I have never had an issue with this platform being down or unexpectedly quitting on me.

I think it is well suited for any organization that needs to keep track of its work where many people play a part in getting that project to the finish line. I think monday.com works well for marketing or creative agencies.
