Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use it primarily to keep track of customer and business tasks, to assign tasks to my team, and to stay on top of the progress of various tasks.

Pros

  • To Do List
  • CRM
  • Organizing files

Cons

  • I would like to create a custom dashboard for each employee, and have not yet been able to set it up exactly how I want, but I am still learning
  • I have set up an integration with gmail, but sometimes it just stops working and I have to delete it and set it up again
  • I have made some forms, but it is not always easy for my employees to access the form view without opening a new window
  • Definitely saves time
  • Keeps me organized, less projects to fall in the cracks
  • Keeps team on the same page
I find it quite easy to use. Some of my older, "technology challenged" employees have been slower to adopt it. Sometimes there is so much info in one place it overwhelms them. I like the new interface, where the boards are on a drop down menu. It looks less cluttered
I haven't used this feature but appreciate that its there
So far I have had no issues, other than my integration with gmail sometimes has to be reset.

I think it is great for anyone who has a lot of tasks to take care of/delegate, and needs to be able to see at a glance where everything stands. I don't know if I would need as robust a software if I was a sole proprietor without employees - but I think for anyone with 3 or more employees it is great.
