Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it as a CRM and project management tool to automate and be able to follow all the independent pieces of complex processes.

Pros

  • Automation
  • Saving time
  • All in one place

Cons

  • Confusing - too much information in one page
  • More assitance or upgrade to get assitance to program all of it
  • Lots of wasted time (= money) to set it up and still struggling as we have to hire someone for the job.

Very good yet, is a lot of information that requires big computer screens and lots of programming.
