Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com on a daily basis to input new tenants and old tenants who are renewing their leases. Works exceptional for putting in name, email address new property address and other tags to efficiently find tenants.

Monday.com is very easy to use even for newer people who have never navigated a system like monday.com or are new to the industry. It is very easy to see and management and prospects or teams you are closely working with.
I've had a couple of hiccups with monday.com but I love that the customer service representatives are very fast to respond to any concerns and issues I may have. They also go the extra mile to check back in and see if the issue has reoccurred.
Overall my experience with monday.com has been positive. If I ever switched over jobs I would make sure they are using monday.com on a daily basis.
