Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com allows our team to share files, project timelines, and create recurring tasks that allow for accountability within the organization. This software runs our agency, and allows us all to be on the same page without the need for every day meetings. We highly recommend this product, and help our clients maximize their use for CRM, Project Management, and even Time Clocking.

  • We do wish that recurring items could come in with comments already.
  • We were able to increase our service offerings by creating repeatable workflows in monday.com
  • Our team went from 100% in office to 100% remote during COVID with no lapse in client project timelines
We actually didn't use any of the several templates from monday.com because it is so easily modified, we were able to engineer the product to perform exactly how we needed for our agency. It allows us to scale up and down very easily. We set up a very independent training module for when a new employee onboards that allows everyone to understand how to use the functionality.
We've only run into one bug issue that we needed support for. Recurring items can be tricky to set up, and our items were showing on the my work tab. Monday.com support was able to solve this over chat and we were back up and running the same day. We did a small work around for those hours and we saw no large interruption.
We have been extremely pleased with the overall performance!

Monday.com is great if you have one or more team members. It provides a space for knowledge to live outside of just the normal "it's in my head" response. We wish we would have onboarded sooner, as it provides history and allows us to grow even faster. We haven't run into an issue of where we can't use it since we started plugging in automations with Zapier.
