Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com helps us run number of projects simultaneously successfully. It helps us to plan the timeline for the project as well as the hours that team members need to dedicate for each task. We assess the progress of every item in fieldwork and the time individuals have

Pros

  • project planning- timelines for each step and progress of it
  • distribution of tasks and hours of individuals within a team
  • progress tracking - especially with long standing ongoing items

Cons

  • it would be great if one could connected with the outlook- send the actions set on monday.com to one's diary
  • it would be great to connect it with one note
  • it would be amazing to connect it across the internal and external teams to oversee one's availability
  • better planning leads to better financial spending
  • better oversee of overspend
it is absolutely fantastic- it is intuitive and enjoyable to use :)
only experienced it at the beginning of use but it was very supportive team that was helping to find an answer to every question
so far i have not encountered any difficulties with monday.com performance and truly wish that other software would be as smoothly working
