Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use this to manage all the feature enhancement projects we are tracking for our clients. The internal project management tool is not customer facing and Monday.com allows for guest accounts so we can invite our clients to use it without being part of our organization. We are also using this to track our group tasks.

There really hasn’t been any issues of using the software! It is very reliable.
