Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has been a fantastic tool for project management. I use monday.com as a board to show my supervisor the projects I am currently working on, their progress and the steps involved in completion. As a team we are using monday.com to work on several projects simultaneously. We have a project with documentation and policy review and the monday.com automations make this work flow very easy. I found monday,com very easy to start using but deep enough to handle our various integrations and automations.

Pros

  • Show project steps. assignments, progress and work flow.
  • Integrations with our platforms, including Google, Microsoft etc. work seamlessly.
  • Automations allow helpful steps to proceed automatically.

Cons

  • Boards can become very large when there is a lot of information to display.
  • While the documentation for getting started is good, it would be helpful to have more examples of specific case uses.
  • monday.com has improved communication and expectations across in person and remote teams.
  • monday.com has been easier for new users to start implementing project management
After trying several different project management platforms, we found monday.com met all of our requirements for integrations and automations and found the interface easier to use and understand, especially for new users to get started using the software. We have found monday.com's usability to be unmatched, satisfying all of our needs in a single platform.
Customer support for monday.com has been great. We have been able to answer our questions using the helpful documentation found online, even examples of automations, and feel very good about knowing we could make contact with the company for any further support quickly and easily any time of the day.
Our use of monday.com has been uninterrupted since we first started with it many months ago. We feel very good about trusting our projects to a platform that has been trouble free for long periods of time, we don't have to worry about losing our work or any productivity to unexpected downtime.

In my experience, using monday.com for project management is fantastic. Very easy to get started but complex enough to handle very large projects with ease. Integrations and automations go a long way to making the entire process effortless and seamless. monday.com has been very helpful in tracking our company policies and support documents.
