Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is used for managing internal projects within the company. It is a great tool to track progress, note updates and involve the right people for the project. Additionally, I use it to track my daily, weekly, and monthly projects. It is a great tool to manage your workload.

Pros

  • Easily track progress.
  • Simple process to move projects from one department to another.
  • Quickly communicate to the team about the project.

Cons

  • When adding new tasks to a board, it doesn't always populate right away in the 'My Work' section.
  • Expand the 'Notes' feature on a task to easily see all content.
  • Is there an offline feature? If not, this would be nice. The ability to add or update projects if offline. Then they would auto update when back online.
  • Adoption of software was quick with minimal time spent.
  • Setting up boards for managing projects are made easy.
  • The ability to communicate on individual tasks or at project level to anyone is a benefit.
There isn't much that I've found that can't be done with monday.com. Basically, there are no limitations from what I can tell. monday.com deserves a hard look when determining project management tools for your company, department or personal use. The mobile app is an added benefit for those that are on the go.
Personally, I haven't had to use the support. However, other associates have talked highly about how incredibly easy it was to work with support.
monday.com has performed great any time I use it. There has been no impact to my experience or company wide experience.

I was an avid user of monday.com at a marketing agency for years. During this time it was used to manage day to day projects, weekly, monthly and long-term projects with a team of 25+. A spreadsheet was used prior to the switch. The benefits of the switch saved a lot of time and kept projects on schedule. Now at a new company, monday.com has become an important daily tool to manage internal work. The ability to keep a long list of projects organized, on track and with the right departments are a few reasons monday.com is popular tool.
