Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to track the 150+ tasks we have in various stages of progress with our college clients. The salesmen for the company can easily refer to Monday.com to inform their clients of where any particular part of their project is with only a glance. We have a spot to double check the specifications and deadlines, an easy chat feature, file repository, we know when the copy is complete and it's ready for our group to begin the design. This has been a life-changer for keeping us on track and everyone else informed, so we spend less time answering status questions and more time getting the work done. My design team can all keep track from their own stations--one of my designers is remote--so Monday.com is the primary tool that makes it possible for her to keep track of everything that is going on and work efficiently even though she rarely comes into the office. Everybody's happy. Love it!

Pros

  • Keeps track of our deadlines
  • Triggers the next person that the "ball is now in their court" to keep things moving production-wise.
  • Allows us to see what is coming up so I can make earlier decisions about priority of time allocations

Cons

  • Pretty happy. I'm sure there are still features we aren't taking advantage of, honestly.
  • It has made us more efficient. Less time writing down statuses and answering questions about statuses.
  • Less emails are required to communicate between the remote company players.
We barely had to watch a tutorial or 2 to begin making use of it. A year in, we got a dedicated traffic manager and she has expanded the way we all use it, but we never missed a beat due to hassle factor irritation or reluctance. The program used for tracking shouldn't take each user most of their day to keep up with it. Otherwise, no work would be able to be tracked!
We haven't had to use customer support. I would say that's a wonderful thing! There isn't anything else I could possibly think of to say about it when I have never had to contact them for any reason. Monday.com works. It's easy to use. There are more features that we don't use and don't particularly need at this time.
The features are great. More than we need and more than what we have time or inclination to actually use.

The app is the best way to make use of Monday.com for all of us. Easy to click on it quickly without all kinds of passwords just to check on something quickly or change the status of a project on the fly.
