Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for tracking marketing campaigns and product launches. We needed a central place manage all the tasks and asset associated with marketing campaigns and product launches. There are many people involved, many assets, and quite a few tasks. Having one place for everyone to use was essential.

Pros

  • Includes a history for every tasks
  • Supports file uploads and sharing
  • Notifies me of updates

Cons

  • Link tasks from one board to another board.
  • Improved communication between colleagues.
  • Clarity on the owner and status of any tasks resulting in time savings.
The interface is intuitive and easy-to-use interface. The search capability is effective at allowing me to find any task or see all my tasks. The ability to link one task to another from a dependency perspective would be a great enhancement. Today, we have to copy/paste the URL of the tasks which only becomes part of the narrative instead of an integral part of the task. For example, our Creative team needs to build a graphic that I will use for a webpage design. The graphic is necessary before I can complete my task, therefore it is a related and dependent task.
I recall mondays.com not being available once in the past year, so I think availability has been very good.

monday.com is a great work management platform that helps teams streamline their workflow, collaborate seamlessly, and manage complex projects effectively. Well-suited for a multi-user environment that permits every owner and contributor to update their own tasks.
