Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Our platform is developed by 10 different scrum teams and we get project requests from 6 different business departments therefore building roadmaps and managing resources was complicted.
monday.com allows us to calculate the amount of resource allocated to each business department without needing to ring fence individuals or teams. It means that a pair of devs in a team can work on one project and another pair on a different project at the same time. We have lovely formula's that calculate down to the day what is required for each business unit.
Add colour coding of roadmaps and all the awesome automations on top of that and you have an amazing resource and road mapping solution all from 1 tool.

- I would love for formula columns to be more usable in automations and other calculations
- I would love to be able to be able to forecast resource for a quarter without the need of formulas
- I would like 1 way integration from GitHub to monday.com so that I don't need to grant monday.com access to code repos.
- The increased transparency has massively reduced meetings and Slack messages
- People can generally use it without training.
- Teams are always aware of what is coming up and deadlines, therefore we always meet our targets now.
In the earlier days there were a few hiccups and board load times could be slow, however Ive noticed great improvements in this over the last 6 months.
