Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It helps us organize within our group, and makes us keep track of our different assignments and data.

Pros

  • Storing information in the same place
  • We can see when everyone's on vacation
  • Making weekly planning schedules

Cons

  • its not always intuitive
  • would love a better way to make a weekly overview, like in an excel document
  • it helps me be organized
  • better teamwork when everyone has access to all the information at the same place
it could be easier to use – alot of the templates dont feel adaptable for my line of work.
I don't really know, havent been in contact with monday.com support, but they do email a lot.
