Great tool for organising and collaborating

The tool is so easy to use and the drag and drop features are fantastic. It's also great that the notes and tagging, etc work like social media platforms which people are familar with

Not had to use it a great deal, maybe once in 6 years but from memory it was a good interaction

It's helped our operational side of the business to not have a single point of failure where items are on the Board rather than in particular people's emails. One downside for us is that users with the same domain email address cannot use if not paid user. In our business most people do not require a licence as day to day they use our legal case management system but it would be useful if some could be added so that we don't have to manually add their emails on items manually.
