We use it to keep track of tasks and timelines.

Pros

Cons

  • I wish that columns could have different titles on the same board
  • There should be sub/sub catergories
  • We track budgets very clearly to understand where we can spend/need to save
  • Save time sending emails with outside agency partners and can communicate with them directly on monday.com.
  • We have onboarded stakeholders for final approvals, helped tremendously with timing.
Its extremely user friendly and has a ton of different options for automations which saves me a lot of time.
We have a representative named Maria on our account who is amazing. I simply tag her in a problem area and she will jump on the phone with me to work it through.

monday.com has helped tremendously in keeping projects on track, getting approvals from team members, and generally working collaboratively online with my colleagues. I think the greatest success we've had with monday.com is using it for graphic design requests. In the comments section of the board we go back and forth giving feedback and making tweaks until doing a final approval.
