Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We would be lost without Monday! All of our software integrates with Monday, keeping our workflow smooth and organized. We use it for team tasks, payroll, orders, and more. Everything flows through and our users are able to use status changes and automations to push items through from one board to the next.

  • I wish sub-item columns could change per group instead of all needing to be the same

It's easy to use and set-up and is invaluable to our company.
I haven't needed to contact support, but find it easy to do so If needed.
