Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are a marketing agency dealing with a lot of clients. Having different workspaces and boards makes organizing also navigating through the tasks so much easier. We have a remote working option, and having everything organized so the team can function well is essential, and monday.com gives us just that.

Pros

  • easy navigation
  • easy on the eye

Cons

  • The navigation from left to right dissapiers, or non-existing in some boards, which is frustrating.
Haven't had a need for customer support.

As a marketing agency that has remote working we highly benefit from this organizing app. And I can't think of a scenario where monday.com would not function. Even If you are a student that needs to organize only homework it will be beneficial and time-saving. Or a stay-at-home mom that has a full plate, writing the tasks somewhere and having them organized will relax her mind for a second.
