Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to manage the day to day operations of our department and track all tasks

Pros

  • Organization, allows us to see at high level all of the work we have underway
  • As a manager it gives workload visibility and allows you to understand the capacity of team members
  • Deadline management, it is an essential tool to ensuring that we do not miss critical deadlines and we can track everything

Cons

  • 14 day trial is not enough time to get a handle of the app and know it's value, I think 30 days would be more appropriate
  • Increased department productivity
  • increased management productivity
We haven't fully explored all of the integration available
We have had very positive customer experience and support from your team

As a manager it gives me great piece of mind to know that all tasks and responsibilities of our department and team members are accounted for and assigned. I am less concerned that balls will be dropped and I feel confident that my team knows exactly what tasks are theirs and what they are accountable for. It clearly defines roles and responsibilties.
