Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to keep track of the many moving parts of our industry and changing timelines. It helps us stay on top of what we need from other departments as well.

Pros

  • Organization
  • Visuals
  • User-friendly

Cons

  • Some of it is just for show - not particularly useful
  • Easier ways to manipulate how information is shown
  • Time savings
  • Easier project management - full scope of work
  • Employee collaboration
So many things to do with it. I haven't tried them all yet but I love that I can change most things to suit my needs.
I haven't had to use it.
