Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

For 10 years our group did not have a sales CRM system. All of the information was transferred in endless email threads. Information was lost, no one could see the bigger picture, and in some cases, teams failed to follow up on critical leads and opportunities. For the last year we used the monday.com work OS to build and implement a tool that will allow us to do just that. As the company grows and new policies are implemented, we needed a tool that reflects exactly that. Our tool allows the management and basically any stakeholder to know what the status of each lead at any given moment is, what the next step is, and how to evaluate the work that was done. Everyone is on top of things, info is not lost, reporting became unbelievably easy, and the bigger picture is clear.

I think monday.com is super intuitive and definitely does not require techy knowledge to operate. Very easy to use overall. Personally, I do not use templates because the ones I explored had very little relevance to my company's way of work. But I believe some could at some point be useful.
It's not a 10 because there will always be room for growth. My overall experience is good, the customer support replies normally within 24 hours, to my surprise even with videos made specifically for my needs (as opposed to a pre-made generic videos). We were also assigned a CSM that is very approachable and effective and we work together. I would say that in some cases, for reasons that are not necessarily in our hands- by the time the CSM comes back with a solution, we already found a way to work our issues out. But the way they take every request seriously and bring all the relevant people in to assist is priceless and very much appreciated.
I am a monday.com enthusiast, it has made my work methods and days so much better. I find it so gratifying that I try to bring in more and more company employees to take advantage of what this platform has to offer.

I'd say that for companies that have well-defined work processes and want to have them all consolidated into one tool, monday.com will be ideal. Allows all departments to follow the same processes and comply with company policies. It would be good for legal request management, financial requests management, task management, project management, sales CRM, data storage and so on.

It wouldn't be as effective as other platforms in managing complex timelines and Gantts.
