Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I love monday.com. It's very helpful to keep track of everything and it helps to stay on top of my task. monday.com works wonders in balancing time management, ease of use, and the exact functionality I need best to operate in my daily life. It takes 99% of the work out of the executive functions that I need to make up.

It's very easy to use and to follow it helps myself and my team stay on top of our everyday tasks.
Never had to use customer support so far.
We can easily monitor tasks, allocate them to the correct team members, and clearly mark what stage the task is in. This has been the best investment for our marketing department, and I cannot rate them highly enough. If you don't have monday.com, you don't have the level of organization that you are capable of; it's that simple!

Keeping track of where in the pipeline projects are, specifically with teams that are less connected. It has allowed us to integrate quarterly OKRs and develop content schedules around them that ensure easier, more transparent report backs to our internal teams.
