Easy and intuitive product. Excellent CRM if you want a simple one and avoid complexity
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Our objectives was to gather information in 1 single place for sales and for management. With the CRM tools we are now managing our sales follow up and with the standard monday.com product, we can share and prioritize information with our teams. I am not a "high tech" guy so I am still learning but it is really helpful every day.
Pros
- Posting information about new sales leads
- Sharing new tasks with our teams and prioritizing them
Cons
- I would need an offline mode as I am traveling a lot
- Maybe it exists but I would need a consultant to configure and automatize better
- Difficult to measure but I am savings hours every week
I feel less anxious as I know that all the information is in 1 single place which I hated before
