I love the tool- I think everything is does it fantastic and makes my job easier.
We have an exterior use plan, as well as a personal account. I found our success managers to be extremely helpful and caring. They attended each training session when we rolled it out into our marketing function.
I have had no occurrences or negative impacts due to downtime.

It’s really well suited for any type of tracking, project management or product implementation. I can’t think of a scenario where this wouldn’t work.
