Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It is currently being used as a CRM and helpdesk for our company. It helps us keep track of everything and helps us keep up with deliverables and deadlines.

We are in the initial phase of adopting monday.com. So far, we have managed to make it work very well as a CRM.
We have not tested customer support.
During a 6 month period, we have lost connection to the app for about 5 minutes or less.
