Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is used throughout our whole organization and is a huge help in keeping team members accountable. It is also used to assign each team member their key tasks outside of their whirlwind, and this has proven useful in keeping those tasks visual, in view of them not being overlooked or forgotten. Overall, monday.com gives us the flexibility to track different targets and link in the tasks related to that target. Having this all in one place allows management to have individual targets visually, and the reports that can be generated prove essential in the tracking of overall performance.

Pros

  • Shows team targets as well as individual targets = accountability.
  • Allows members outside of your own team to communicate better.
  • Simple tracking of targets.
  • Multiple functions for performance tracking.

Cons

  • Quotes of the day should be changed every day as opposed to the same quotes being used.
  • Make personal tasks for each day more visible.
  • Enhances overall company numbers, meaning the company hit higher inquiry levels and, in turn, revenues.
  • Saves the company a lot of time.
  • Have our team dashboard online as opposed to on paper or a whiteboard.
It seems to fit everyone's needs.
I've never had problems so haven't had to rely on the service. I know that the monday.com team has been helpful to my manager about different boards and features that can be used.
monday.com is brilliant. We keep all of our targets on there and track our performance in relation to the targets on there. It is reliable, and we have never had technical or IT queries from the team. Multiple people use it on their phones, and it's proven useful for planning personal or private time.

monday.com will help you hit targets by having it visible to your manager and team. This keeps you accountable. You can be assigned a lot of tasks by other team members, so keep a close eye on your/or their permissions.
