Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Duplication of boards is a huge benefit and reduces overhead.
- Salesforce integration is not available on standard which impacts our adoption.
- Folder structure has caused a lot of confusion.
Project and Task Management primarily. Also used for some basic operational tasks like candidate tracking and leave requests. We also integrate with Slack which is important for efficiency. It is primarily used by Professional Services and some executives.
Pros
- Easy configuration.
- Light administration.
- Good integration ecosystem.
- Plenty of automation options.
Cons
- Needs multi branch folder structure.
- Integration options are great but to do detailed integration you need Zapier which makes it more complex and costly.
- Enterprise cost is prohibitive to SMB.
