Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time saving.
  • Ease of monitoring staff whereabouts.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
We use monday.com across the entire company to monitor and manage our work load and programme current jobs in the office in relation to importance, time constraints and its current status. We also use it for general office admin from monitoring invoices to staff holidays.

Pros

  • Ability to adapt preset boards to suit our businesses function.
  • Ease of integrating with teams.
  • All updates are real time to all users so everyone no matter where they may be working currently are up to date.

Cons

  • We could benefit from monday.com being fully integrated with our emails to email clients, chase deadlines, etc.
  • Provide CPD to show a company its full potential.
The site is amazing and has thought of nearly all scenarios but it would help for them to adapt a few sheets suitable to niche client markets such as architecture, etc.
So far we have had no problems or needed to contact support but we have emails reminding us if we need help they are there.

Architecture involves juggling many tasks, projects, clients and professionals every day and having one go to program that can summarise and quickly flag items that are urgent is fantastic.
It has helped improve our office efficiency tenfold.
