Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is used at Pit Viper across most departments. It is used to task out projects and keep track of timelines and POs for product. To track statuses of projects across departments has been huge for us. The ability to stay on top of day-to-day and long-term goals has been a great asset to Pit Viper.

Interface is easy to use and satisfying
The format of the task sections makes them easy to accomplish and lay out
The task boards are helpful to split up our company's tasks

Theme changes would be nice
A chat function
Animations would be fun when tasks are accomplished--more engaging animations

The layout our company utilizes works really well for graphic design tasks.

I have several design tasks going at once, so it is really nice to see them laid out by priority and type, and then to go into each task for details, links, images, files, etc. I think it has been tough for our company to all get on board with the right way to use monday.com across departments, but thats our doing and not monday.com's.
