Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a communication space across teams. Specifically, we utilize it as a place to conduct online workshops, store results, and regularly review them. Additionally, we use it for team project management and for individuals to organize their thoughts. Its primary purpose is for brainstorming ideas, and we consolidate related information on the board.
Pros
- Brainstorming
- Business Management
- Collaboration
Cons
- AI language model adjust to local language
- Miro app
- Object management
- Export to pptx
- Reduce time for sharing by more than 30%
- Double the contributions of members
- The post-discussion process has been reduced by half.
Recently, Miro AI has been the most notable example. Creating images and documents has become extremely easy, allowing for richer discussions during collaboration. Personally, I particularly like the AI support feature for mind maps. Whether thinking alone or discussing with multiple people, I feel it is very effective in prompting discussions.
I empathize with the idea, but in the case of my company, the output is required through several fixed tools, so as a result, we have not reduced the frequency of tool usage.
It excels in intuitive operation, has a wealth of tools and templates, and is equipped with AI features, making its behavior feel natural. I have only used Microsoft Whiteboard for comparison, and it lacked all of these features.
