Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I love Miro. Its so fun to use. Its very user-friendly and creates an easy way for collaboration. I really like the poll feature and how customizable you can use it to brainstorm ideas. I've been to some of Miro's events in Austin and they were very organized and was a great experience to learn fr other users.

Pros

  • Brainstorming ideas
  • Team collaboration
  • Anonymous voting polls

Cons

  • Being an efficient Facilitator without any hiccups does take some time to get used to and practice
  • My company tried using this for external collaboration outside of our organization, and it had some challenges
  • Older age users look at it as an intimidating tool because there’s so many buttons and functionalities and at first it really scares them and I don’t think they understand how to use it in the most efficient way, and people in my company would refuse to use it And would find it confusing
  • enhance collaboration
  • Improved productivity
I give an eight because it seems like younger people can grasp the software older than people that are 50s and up. however, this is how most software is for older generational users. They tend to grasp things a lot slower than younger professionals in my opinion
the templates are pretty cool because there’s over 300 and they’re super customizable for various use cases, including brainstorming, agile, workflows journey, mapping and product planning these templates save a lot of time and help structure projects effectively and then the digital whiteboards is a core feature of Miro where it allows team to brainstorm and visualize ideas and collaborating real time You cannot text shapes images and more to create dynamic and interactive boards, and then the sticky notes was also one of my favorite tools simple yet effective for capturing ideas and organizing thoughts that can be color-coded in group to facilitate brainstorming sessions and lastly integrations with over 150 apps including jira, Asana, Slack and Microsoft Teams help streamline workflows and keep all your tools connected all of these tools really help for everyone being engaged, saying organized and data to easily be transferred from one software to another
Miro can help replace several tools across different categories and enhancing collaboration of productivity within an organization some key tools that can effectively be replaced with Miro would include digital whiteboards. They offer versatile and interactive alternative to traditional little physical whiteboards, allowing for remote, collaboration, and easy sharing of ideas this is why our company first adopted Miro during the Covid new protocols everybody working in remote in several different states across the United States. It would allow everybody to be involved no matter where you sit it and it can also replace tools like Trello, which is a project management tool. It has functionalities for visual product project planning and tax tracking and it can also replace tools like Microsoft Vizio to create flow charts and organizational charts and other diagrams also Kanban boards it makes it easier to manage task and workflows digitally. It can also replace tools like PowerPoint or Google slides by delivering interactive presentations, directly form your board, and it can also potentially replace tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams by integrating with them, and providing a visual workspace. It’s really served as a central hub for team collaboration.
click up is known for its visual product, project management and collaboration features it integrates task projects and communication all in one platform but overall I think Miro is a more efficient tool plus more and Mural is ideal for visual collaboration and creative workshops. It offers a range of templates and tools for brainstorming and planning just like Miro, but I do think Miro has more functionality, so that’s what we chose it
