Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for a variety of projects. Most commonly we have adapted traditional Game Design Documents to more versitile Game Design Boards using Miro. It's intuitive, easy to use, brilliant to collaborate and gives us a great platform to organize ideas, current status and vision for our Game projects.
Pros
- Collaboration, where the entire group of involved people can work in real time.
- Visually showing images and text
- Sorting content in different grouped areas
Cons
- I'm missing the feature that is working in the moodboard tool PureRef, where we can copy an image from anywhere on the web or locally stored and super easy paste it in.
- Tools that help me see the progress if I have for example a checklist, that it shows e.g. 20% done out of my list, that automatically adapts whenever I tick off a task.
- I have some difficulties finding my boards, and usually it is because I'm automatically reaching the site where I only see the boards of a specific team.
- Hard to measure impact as we have not conducted any measureable tools for this.
It's usually our sole base of where we showcase our vision. Some teams have looked into other softwares that they believe is easier for task management, which I hoped would be easier and as good in Miro.
