Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I usually use Miro to represent processes and flows or hierarchies. It helps me as a product manager to reflect and explain to the developers on my team what I expect them to develop. My use of Miro is regular, it happens before any content and this is what accompanies the technological discovery meeting

Pros

  • Visual Project Management: Like Flows
  • Defining by elements
  • Customer Journey Mapping

Cons

  • Generate with AI Tools
  • Integration with Other Tools, That I use by Daily use: Jira, Slack, Figma, Slides
  • P: Improved Productivity
  • P: Reduced Project Completion Time
  • N: Integration Challenges
I did not use the implementation
I would like it to be more easy to integrate with daily use products that I use as PM.
I mostly create frame around flowchart and then copy that as an image to a slide which I present in presentation.
It is not that easy to watch and learn or understand complex flowchart when it is as an image
since we're a small team in the company, among the team it does not have that impact, but, when we're dealing with customers it is shorting the gap of understanding planning and flows.
I have also used Lucidchart
I used Miro because it was the first platform that I have used and I became proffesional in that, it was much easy to come back and use Miro everytime

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

It is well suited when I want to collaborate or share my ideas with team members or even with the customers. It helps me to demonstrate easily complex ideas.
It is less appropriate when I need to open few boards with different members, It is not that intuitive to follow after which board belong to what group and it is also not the easy to find some projects among different boards

Using Miro

  • describe hierarchy
  • present user flow
  • present user journey
  • present sitemap
  • as a tool for PM's to perform which value gets which parameters
  • as project company, it helped to describe the project team about the customer's organizational hierarchy
  • collaborating with Figma
As a PM, I see Miro is a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming, especially for remote teams. The intuitive interface and integrations are strong points. Also, Miro has been a valuable asset for our team in visual collaboration and project management. Feature enhancements and better enterprise pricing could increase our likelihood of renewal.
